Question: Under Florida law when entering a no wake area what action must a boater ?
On Florida waterways, there are signs restricting boat movement. In some areas of Florida for the purpose of controlling boat speed and for the safety of maintenance and for the safety of persons on board the yacht. It is important that boaters look for signs and understand what they mean and follow the laws of motion. The signs of which are as follows. 1 "Slow Speed, Minimum Wake" zone : Ships must be completely level when such an area occurs. More than that, legal action is taken. 3 Florida Slow Speed Out Side Channel Sign: There are areas marked with a vertical diamond shape with a cross in the center, marking all ships in certain sections. 4 Idle Speed No Wake Zone : The maximum speed you can use in this zone. Driving an alcohol and drug speaker boat in Florida is a violation of the law, and action is taken against them for doing so.
